Workmanship Warranty

Covers defects in our installation—details we installed like seams, flashing, fasteners, and terminations. Coverage term is specified on your completion/warranty form.

Manufacturer Warranty

Shingle and membrane manufacturers provide their own material warranties. We help register your products and supply the documents with your project close-out.

Included (examples)

  • Leaks from workmanship defects in areas we installed
  • Incorrect flashing, seams, or terminations we completed
  • Fastener patterns or accessories not installed per spec

Not covered (examples)

  • Storm/impact damage, animal activity, or structural issues
  • Unapproved alterations (solar/HVAC, new penetrations)
  • Lack of maintenance (clogged drains, debris, ponding)

How to make a claim

Report the issue
Call or email us, or use the form on our contact page. If active leak: note location and photos.
Triage & schedule
24h leak response target. We’ll deploy a temporary stop if needed and book an inspection.
Resolve
We repair under workmanship terms, or we help file a manufacturer claim if it’s a product defect.

Transfer policy (home sale)

Workmanship coverage is transferable one time to the next owner within 30 days of closing. A quick email with the new owner’s details and your project address is all we need. Manufacturer warranties follow the brand’s rules; we’ll help with any paperwork.
